Our intricate and proven systems will help you increase the value of your property in the long-term while also creating short-term profit.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Financial Management Can Include:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Detailed monthly reports <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sent by our accounting department itemizing all activity on the property, along with a proceeds check. We will be available by phone or email if you have any questions or concerns about these reports.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Accounts receivable <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with all rents collected on the first of the month and entered into our property management software.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Accounts payable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> can be paid out of the gross collected rents if chosen and will be reflected on the monthly financial statement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Legal and eviction notices <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">when necessary. In the event of late rent, a reminder will be sent out along with a property manager to collect. In rare and more severe cases, the Boston law firm Russo and Scholnick will carry out the eviction process and legal proceedings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Banking<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> through Bank of America where we enjoy the perks associated with private business banking. All security deposits collected are kept in a segregated escrow management fund.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Funds security<\/b> accessed exclusively by bonded and licensed J. Butler Property Management personnel. The accounting firm Forman, Conklin &amp; Farrer continually monitor our accounts to maintain the degree of safety and protection you deserve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By providing you with financial management service, J.
